This centre for sustainable development was the first LEED Platinum NC building in Québec located in the heart of Montréal’s Quartier des spectacles. It’s an innovative place that houses the offices of several organizations with social and environmental values. It offers an innovative calendar of events on sustainability issues, to which you can add your own in their handful of bright and well-equipped venues.

Palais des congrès de Montréal
The Montréal Convention Centre was among the first in North America to be BOMA BEST 3-certified, and has many sustainability initiatives under its belt, including an urban agriculture lab on its roof. The Palais has 113 meeting rooms, hall, terrasse and multipurpose spaces for every need, plus a comprehensive range of services and leading-edge technologies.

TOHU
This unique LEED certified complex dedicated to the dissemination, promotion and creation of the circus arts has many eye-popping event spaces, including a highly modular performance hall (the only circular hall with variable geometry in Canada), a large main hall connected to the circular room and an exhibition space that lets in exceptional natural light. The terrasse and outdoor space includes an organic garden. Maximum capacity: 1,400.

PHI Centre
