Working Smarter

After months of preparation, your meeting is now complete and the new relationships and ideas presented are already percolating towards the future. And while the planners’ job is largely complete, for many attendees a huge bulk of their work begins once the event itself has wrapped. Air Canada’s Maple Leaf Lounge at Montréal-Trudeau offers your guests an airport waiting experience that’s both relaxing and fully connected (if they want that early start on post-conference diffusion). Infused with local flavour both decorative and culinary, it’s the perfect send-off point.

A FEAST FOR THE SENSES

Working with local designers, the Maple Leaf Lounge features ceramic pieces inspired by rustling leaves by Québecois artisan Pascale Girardin, photography by Montréaler Nicolas Ruel, and furniture designs by Canadian designers Mobilier Moderne, Brent Comber and Nienkämper featuring Eramosa marble and maple wood. Showcasing local creative talent, time well spent in the lounge serves as one final look at the beauty of Québec.

And keeping in line with Air Canada’s other Maple Leaf Lounges around the world, on-hand chefs man a fresh food station alongside a full service bar with complimentary alcoholic drinks (featuring selected Canadian wines) to keep guests well fed and watered before take-off.

Those wanting to get cracking will find ample workspace, complimentary Wifi, and private areas for some extra quiet focus. Fully renovated and re-opened at the end of 2016, Montréal’s Maple Leaf Lounge hits the world standard for luxurious airport experiences – all with a touch of Montréal joie de vivre your attendees will love.
