The list of stellar Montréal venue options just got longer. Located minutes from downtown, Jardin Royalmount is an 18,000 square-foot event garden and theatre with an adjacent 8,000 square-foot covered pavilion. The new venue is large enough to host hundreds of people in a safe setting, in both indoor and outdoor configurations.
Named “Jardin” (French for “garden”) because the experience features a lush garden oasis, the space is already being used to host wedding celebrations, private corporate events, and other special occasions. They also program their own Jardin Royalmount activities — which are open to the public — such as movie nights, stand-up comedians, interactive dining experiences, and more.
One venue, three spaces
Jardin Royalmount is a versatile venue. Seating arrangements are flexible and can adapt to the needs of an event or show. Configurations can include chairs at dining tables, comfortable Acapulco chairs, daybeds, picnic blanket setups, and more.
Event organizers can reserve the entire venue, or select from three distinct spaces:
The Garden. An expansive lawn that makes a versatile and picturesque backdrop for any type of event. Lined with trees and hundreds of plants, the Garden offers over 18,000 square feet (1,670 square metres) of possibilities.
The Grove. Upon arrival in the Jardin, guests are welcomed into a smaller and curated extension of The Garden. The Grove serves as an intimate gathering point within the venue. This bespoke, tranquil setting offers a landscape with approximately 3,000 square foot (280 square metres) of space.
The Pavilion. Adjacent to The Garden lies an 8,000 square foot (745 square metres) covered pavilion featuring glass walls and a 22-foot vaulted ceiling. Sliding glass doors allow airflow and ensure guests stay comfortable, no matter the weather. The structure offers both air conditioning and heating.
