Event planning means something different than it used to. That’s why we have come together — along with our partners — to deliver a worry-free solution for planning meetings in a post-pandemic world.

We’ve called it the Guaranteed Worry-Free Pledge. From flexible cancellation policies to access to experts specialized in hybrid events to our own safety protocol, we cover every detail. All you have to think about is planning an unforgettable event.

Flexibility guaranteed

One thing is for certain these days: the only thing constant is change. With that in mind, we’ve started creating a sales offer with what we know is a huge challenge: changes, cancellations, and fluctuating attendance numbers.

Until December 31, 2022 — yes, 2022, not 2021 like many destinations — event professionals can take advantage of no room block attrition fees, no cancellation fees, and no F&B minimum. This is for groups of up to 600 rooms on-peak per hotel in Montréal.

Another new reality is the necessity for digital technologies when face-to-face events aren’t possible. Whatever the future holds, these hybrid events are part of our reality. And we know it can be overwhelming to figure out what you need to make an event run smoothly and to keep it engaging for your attendees.

We’ve created an all-inclusive Montréal Hybrid Event package that offers:

  • Complimentary consultation services with trusted technology experts
  • Professional assistance evaluating your event’s hybrid needs
  • Assessment of technological requirements to execute your event

We know it’s a given these days, but it’s important that your delegates feel that their safety is in mind at every touchpoint: from the moment they arrive in Montréal until the moment they leave. With our 720° Safety Protocol, we did a 360° sweep of the city. Then, we did it again. So, you and your delegates can feel confident that we’ve double-checked everything.

From the moment your delegates arrive in Montréal to the moment they depart, everything — from taxis to hotels to the venue itself — has been double-checked for cleanliness and safety, to make the experience an enjoyable one.

Our all-inclusive hotel packages include:

  • Main meeting room, based on physical distancing requirements
  • AV equipment: projector, screen and a Wi-Fi connection per participant 
  • Morning and afternoon coffee breaks as well as a boxed lunch (sandwich, salad, dessert)
