Tourisme Montréal: News and People What's New in Montréal

Montréal’s professional hockey team, the Montréal Canadiens (known affectionately to fans as the “Habs”), and the game itself are deeply enmeshed in the DNA of the city and its inhabitants. The Canadiens are the most storied franchise in the National Hockey League — they’ve won 24 Stanley Cup championships, more than any other team. Going to live Habs games is an experience unlike any other, because the team and their fans are unlike any others, and now numerous exciting, exclusive premium packages are available for your organization’s groups and/or special VIP guests.

Watching hockey at the Bell Centre is suite

State-of-the-art sports and entertainment complex the Bell Centre, home of the Montréal Canadiens, is not only the largest hockey arena in the world, it’s consistently listed as one of the world’s busiest, and usually has the highest attendance of any arena in Canada. Much of that success can be credited to the fan experience, and Bell Centre suites — private hosting rooms with an advantageous view of the action that cater to groups — are a key component of that experience. There are several suites packages available.

The Nightly Suites package will make for a memorable evening whether it’s hosting clients, rewarding employees or simply celebrating with friends. It includes 12-40 tickets to that night’s game, two parking passes, an open bar with dedicated suite attendant, and a private entrance with concierge service.

The all-inclusive 11-Game Suite Package is the perfect turnkey solution for those who would like simply to show up knowing that everything’s been taken care of. In addition to 12 tickets and two parking passes to 11 pre-selected Habs games (including one preseason game), guests will be treated to a gourmet buffet from the Bell Centre’s 9-4-10 restaurant, a selection of unlimited alcoholic beverages and the services of a suite attendant.

The Long-Term Suites package is ideal for those planning multiple events in Montréal and desiring access to all the entertainment options the Bell Centre has on offer, from hockey to concerts to other special events. The “Hockey & Shows” package consist of 12 tickets and two parking passes to all Canadiens games (including playoffs) and all events visible from your suite. There is also a “Hockey Only” option that offers 12 tickets and two parking passes to all Canadiens games (including playoffs), and first right to purchase your suite for other events. Added values for these two Long-Term Suites packages include complimentary membership to the Bell Centre’s two private restaurants (Mise au Jeu and 9-4-10), private entrance with concierge service, invitations to exclusive events and a dedicated service team.

And a one-of-a-kind environment is to be found in the Renaissance Montréal Loft. Located in the rafters of the Bell Centre, this stylish loft space with unique design and ambiance offers a great VIP experience. The Renaissance Montréal Loft package includes 20 tickets, hors d’oeuvres and an open bar, a dedicated suite attendant, and a private entrance with concierge service.

Game-changing Habs experiences

As premium products go, the Bell Centre also has several memorable experiences on offer for enhanced game-day fun and festivities. The VIP Locker Room Experience invites your guests to the brand new, ice-level President’s Private Suite, located next to the Canadiens’ dressing room. You’ll be able to watch players make their way onto the ice before taking in the game from the best seats in the Bell Centre: directly behind the team bench. This package includes 11 tickets, food and open bar, a parking space and private entrance, a dedicated suite attendant and concierge service, and a gift bag for each guest.

The exclusive Ultimate Experience package is available for two or four people and is, indeed, ultimate: a pair of tickets in the Platinum level, a parking spot in the players’ private garage, dinner for two at La Mise au Jeu restaurant, two Habs jerseys autographed by the player of your choice, access to a private lounge, a visit to the media lounge and press gallery, and access to the Canadiens’ dressing room and press conference post-game.

As, literally, team-building activities go, it doesn’t get better than the Habs for a Day Experience, which gives your group the chance to skate on the same ice as the Montréal Canadiens. This experience includes up to 200 tickets in level 300 for a Habs game, two hours of ice time and all the bells and whistles needed to lend the proceedings a real feel: player introductions, national anthem, game announcer, cameraman and a DJ. And topping it off is a gift for each participant.

And you and your guests will be able to catch all the Habs action up close with the Penalty Box Experience, the perfect combination of Bell Centre game-time atmosphere and first-class service. This package features 4-11 first-row seats in the Platinum level near the penalty box, one parking space and private entrance, access to the private Hartland Molson Lounge at ice level, cold buffet and open bar, and concierge service. All of which will get you two minutes for having too much fun.
