Introducing C2 Online: Montréal’s iconic event goes digital
This year, one of Montréal’s most important annual gatherings—C2 Montréal—had to re-envision its offering. After postponing its spring event, the always-innovative “C2” brand has pivoted and recently unveiled C2 Online – Montréal 2020. Taking place October 19-30, C2 Online is a completely digital event.
While similar to the flagship C2 Montréal conference held each spring—known for its world-class speakers, solution-driven workshops, and exclusive experiences—C2 Online is its own unique event. Enhanced digital content, deeper learning, heightened networking and greater community engagement are key parts of the identity of this new endeavour.
Selecting a theme
Since its inception in 2014, each year C2 Montréal chooses a theme to orient its creative business discussions and to inspire participants and partners to act. The theme for C2 Online is Resilience—which speaks powerfully to the current world that individuals, businesses and organizations now find themselves in. Resilience will be the driving force that determines how we emerge from our current challenges.
Yes, there will be big names
It’s not a C2 event without the world’s most engaging speakers. C2 Online will offer a mix of business innovators, social game-changers, and world-class experts representing many diverse fields and the next generation of bold change-makers. So far, the expansive speaker roster includes entrepreneur Gary “GaryVee” Vaynerchuk, author Malcolm Gladwell, and E-sports professional Stephanie “missharvey” Harvey.
First of all, it’s important to note that C2 Online is making tons of its content available FOR FREE. The general public will have access to specific major conferences for no cost through C2’s social media platforms. This easy access will allow an unlimited number of participants to enjoy the C2 experience.
Participants wishing to purchase access to the complete range of activities can find out about the different package options available via the registration website. Gated content will include:
- Hours of inspiring, live-streamed content from world-class speakers
- Exclusive workshops tackling real-world business challenges and hosted by field-leading experts
- Interaction with thousands of virtual attendees
- The option to watch conferences anytime and anywhere using video on demand (VOD)
- Access to the popular Braindate platform, which has allowed thousands of C2 participants to connect based on shared learning
We’ll see you in October—online!
