What's New in Montréal Montréal Partners

Advanced and connected, Humaniti is not simply another new hotel. It’s Montréal’s first ‘Smart Vertical Community.’ What does that mean? Well, the project has been designed to encourage its residents and guests to interact with their living space. It’s an architectural project that places both lifestyle and location at the heart of the design, while also keeping in mind the diversity of human interests and our collective need for wellness.

Ideally situated downtown, Humaniti stands apart—not simply because of its towering size, but more because of its audacious architecture. And it’s much more than just a hotel. With a distinctive architectural concept, the complex is shaped like the letter “H” and features condominiums, residential rental units, a hotel, an office building, and commercial spaces.

An “autographed” hotel experience

Humaniti Hotel Montréal is the first hotel property in Québec to be part of the Marriott Autograph Collection. The Autograph Collection celebrates the world’s most distinctive independent hotels. Each hotel in the collection is a product of vision, handpicked for its mark of craft, heartfelt design, and authentic sense of place. Guests staying at Humaniti will unwind in the comfort of spacious rooms, which offer abundant natural light, plush beds, and eco-friendly bath products. And since its part of Marriott, guests qualify for Marriott Bonvoy points and perks.

Human(iti) events

Once opened— in March of 2021—the hotel will be an attractive option for events. On the eighth floor, the Horizon Boardroom is an ideal venue for executive meetings, while the large Hémisphère Ballroom offers 3,000 square feet for conferences or other large events. A kitchen space, a coatroom, and a terrace are also available to optimize events.

Notably, the hotel is also directly across the street from Montréal’s convention centre (the Palais des congrès de Montréal), which makes it an ideal option for staying while attending a conference.

Food and wellness

The hotel’s restaurant—h3—aims to be a place where human relations are emphasized in a relaxed atmosphere, and will offer evolved local cuisine, a unique wine program, and avant-garde mixology. Guests can maintain their wellness with a swim in the rooftop outdoor pool or work out in the two-level gym. Finally, indulge at the end of a long day at Humaniti Spa, for a beauty touch up or a restorative massage.
